Michael Keaton is an American actor, producer and director who is best known for his performance in the movie 'Birdman. A versatile actor he is proficient in comedy and dramatic parts. As young, he began to try stand-up comedy. The comedian had a lousy career, but it paved the way for his successful acting career. Because he could not to become the actor of his dreams, he chose to be a TV cameraman. He realized that his true passion was in front the camera as he worked at the station. After landing a role in a television show, he appeared on numerous shows of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was naturally gifted and became very popular on TV. With great ambitions, he made a move into film and was a household name due to his comedic role. His fame grew by playing the titular superhero in Tim Burton's Batman. In time he grew up as an actress and began producing and directing films. As a result of his performance in Birdman (2014) He was awarded numerous nominations and awards.
